Shipping policies

 

All shipments are fulfilled with a tracking number to follow your package online.

 

Your order will be dispatched within a maximum period of 5-10 business days from the day the order is placed, or earlier depending on your item and destination

 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

 

All orders within the united states are shipped via usps, and all orders outside will be shipped via dhl or ups. if ups is used, the order will be express and the delivery time will be faster than expected, mostly 2 business days. 

 

Please note that external delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, and severe weather conditions. 

 

Exchanges & returns 

 

Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery. to initiate a return, please email customer service at: customerservice@amano-global.com including your order number in the subject line. this helps our team expedite your return. 

 

For an exchange, once you have identified the size you would like to switch to, we will provide return shipping info for you to send the original item back to us. once received, we will ship your replacement size via the same method originally used. please note that return shipping costs are paid at customer’s expense. 

 

Please note that exchanges too must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. for you to receive your ideal item faster, please email us as soon as possible. 

 

Please ensure your package is sent directly to our return address. we cannot accept packages sent to drop-off locations, collection points, or any location where someone would need to pick it up. returns must go straight to our provided return address.
